Free medical monitoring testing will occur May 1, 2024 - August 30, 2024. Eligible registered participants will be sent a letter in early 2024 with specific information.
The Court has appointed Nitro Class Action Settlement Administrators, LLC as the Class Administrator to oversee the administration of settlement benefits to eligible members of the Medical Monitoring Program and Property Cleanup Program.
The registration period closed on October 31, 2014 for participation in the Medical Monitoring and Property Cleanup programs. Registration beyond this date is prohibited by court Order.
The Property Cleanup Program concluded on July 31, 2015. The residential cleaning service provided in connection with this program has ended.
The initial screening period for the Medical Monitoring Program ended September 30, 2015. The initial screening period is one of several opportunities to take part in the medical monitoring which is scheduled to take place over the next several years. If you have received a notice from this office stating you are eligible for this program, you may participate in all or none of the screening periods at your discretion.
This Administration periodically mails notices and updates with regard to the Medical Monitoring Program, including notice of any upcoming screening periods in which you may participate. IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED PARTICIPANT AND YOUR ADDRESS OR TELEPHONE NUMBER HAS CHANGED SINCE THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, PLEASE ADVISE THIS OFFICE BY CALLING TOLL FREE AT 1 (877) 673-5049 OR EMAILING INFO@NCASALLC.COM IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO RECEIVE IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEDICAL MONITORING PROGRAM.
If at any time you no longer wish to participate in the Medical Monitoring Program, please notify this office of your decision to opt out by calling toll free at 1 (877) 673-5049 or emailing info@ncasallc.com. Opting out will remove you from the distribution mailing list but does not prohibit you from participating in any screening period if you decide to continue your involvement in the Medical Monitoring Program.
